We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout the U.S. and Canada

  • Processing Time:

    • Non-custom orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

    • Custom orders, including horsehair jewelry, and certain equestrian designs require 3–6 weeks for completion.

    • Average turnaround time for horsehair pieces is approximately 5 weeks, assuming hair is sent promptly after ordering.

    • Please Note

All of our horsehair pieces and some of our equestrian designs are made to order in our small artisan studio. Because each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, some orders may take a little extra time — but we believe they’re worth the wait, and we hope you will too.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and your location.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

🔁 Return Policy

  • Custom Items

    • Engraved pieces and horsehair jewelry orders are final sale and non-returnable unless there was an error on our part.
      If we made a mistake with your custom order, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

    • We don't accept cancellations on custom orders once we have started work on the project.

  • Non-Custom Items

    • We want you to be delighted with your order. If a non-custom item isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

    • Returns: Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Please check items on arrival. If there is a problem please contact us immediately. Any problems can be resolved through communication. 

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
