Shipping Information

Your new Treasured Horse piece will be shipped with the utmost of care. Your piece should arrive between 4-6 weeks after your hair arrives.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept cancellations… But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please check items on arrival. If there is a problem please contact me immediately. Any problems can be resolved through communication. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is at my fault (incomplete shipment/wrong item shipped/faulty item).

Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage. A full refund less shipping cost/ cost of any specially purchased materials will be issued for undamaged items upon receipt.

Defective products may be returned for free replacement, repair or full refund within 60 days from the date of shipment.
